Pi on remote location, monitor main server status, when down, star local ddns client to change domain routes. syncronise important containers between them

cloudflare tunner so I dont have to open ports on routers that aren't mine

docker swarm, or coolify option
Tailscale/Headscale to conect pi to cluster
